Ty’n y Coed Care Ltd takes pride in providing the highest standards of support possible to all young men and women that chose to use our residential services. Our home is based in the village of Rosemarket deep into rural Pembrokeshire, and is set within a picturesque 2.5 acres of landscaped gardens. The accommodation is comprised of 8 individual, en-suite rooms with shared living quarters including kitchen, dining and living rooms and is decorated with a modern, contemporary and homely feel.
We are registered by the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW) to provide support for 8 people aged 18 and over, who have a learning disability and mental health needs, requiring personal care.
Individuals can expect to be supported by highly trained and experienced staff. We provide a bespoke service to every individual and specialize in person centred care. We combine this with active support and positive behaviour support to encourage the people using our service to actualise their potential.
We emphasize the importance of independence and encourage each individual to embrace and express their own voice, rights and values. We believe that supporting people in this way will allow their lives to be illuminated with opportunities, thus, providing the platform from which they become empowered to achieve their goals and peruse the things that are most meaningful to them within a safe and caring environment.
Respite packages are available at our residential service but are subject to availability at the time of request.
